Available with Enterprise Subscriptions, RenewAlert’s Hierarchy feature enables parent accounts to create, manage, and oversee sub-accounts for additional users. This provides a complete operational overview, with the ability to view a consolidated dashboard or drill down into individual users or departments.
RenewAlert's compliance management software makes it simple to create reminders. After entering a task you can activate the Auto-Renew feature. When enabled, automatic contract renewal resets the reminder at the selected interval options include 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years eliminating the need for manual re-entry once the reminder cycle is completed.
After setting a reminder, users can easily customize when notifications start choosing how many days before the expiration they'd like email alerts to begin. RenewAlert automatically sends three reminders to each designated contact. Messages are fully customizable, with options to attach documents, create calendar events, and track read receipts for complete visibility into who has viewed each notification.
