RenewAlert’s reminder categories are tailored to each user’s industry or department, allowing quick and easy entry of reminders that are relevant to their specific role.
Enterprise Hierarchy Feature
Available with Enterprise Subscriptions, RenewAlert’s Hierarchy feature enables a parent account to create and manage sub-accounts for additional users. This feature provides a comprehensive overview, allowing the parent account to view a consolidated summary of all sub-accounts or drill down into each one individually.
Quickly Enter a Reminder/ Auto Renew
Entering a reminder in RenewAlert is quick and straightforward. Each reminder can include details like name, account number, category, monthly payment, and expiration date. For recurring tasks, the Auto Renew feature allows tasks to automatically reset after completing their full cycle of email alerts—eliminating the need to recreate task reminders each year.
Email Reminders
After setting a reminder, users can choose how many days before the expiration they’d like notifications to start. RenewAlert will then send three email reminders to each designated contact for the task. Reminder messages are fully customizable, with options to attach documents and generate a calendar event for added convenience. Read receipts can also be tracked directly in the user’s account, providing visibility into who has viewed each reminder.
